J&M Window Cleaning is glad to provide free estimates. Since commercial properties vary so much in size and window type, we'd like to take a look in person to provide an accurate quote.

          For residential cleanings we are able to provide a price over the phone. We charge per pane of glass. By "pane", we mean one piece of glass that is surrounded by a frame. Double hung windows
Example shown above, 4 double-hung windows, which is 8 panes of glass.

Multi-pane windows (also known as cut-up or french pane)
Example shown above, These are windows that are cut up by frames into smaller squares.
(some windows have this appearance with lines in the glass, unless there are frames that seperate them they do not count as multi-pane windows)

Storm windows
Example shown above, Storm windows have multiple panes of glass on each window.
