What is our story? We love to tell our origin story and we are so glad you asked! It really is a tale of love and family rallying around a dream and making it possible. Joe and Matt, owners of J&M Window Cleaning, were both experienced in the field of window cleaning when they came up with the idea to go into business together. A family loan of $600 bought them a ladder and basic equipment, which allowed them to begin serving their community together. Thanks to that family loan, they were able to grow their dream into a now well established and customer approved business! This is why taking such great care of you is so important to us! It is in our origin to invest in you, because our family invested in us. So, please, give us the chance to take great care of you, your family, and your home, and we know you won’t be disappointed.

What is our process? Well, when we arrive to your home we immediately assess the situation to be sure we bring out all of the equipment necessary to make your windows sparkling clean. We then get out our drop sheets and put on our shoe covers to ensure we respect all the hard work you have put into making your home beautiful. Then, we get out our squeegees and ladders and get right to work! We even wipe down and clean your windowsills, free of charge. It seems absurd to us to charge you to clean up our own mess, so we just don’t! It is our pleasure to leave your home and your windows cleaner than we found them. So, again, we invite you to be apart of the hundreds of satisfied customers that have allowed us the satisfaction of doing a job well done!
