Moving up and looking out

By: | Tags: | Comments: 0

You were so excited that you were finally able to move your business out of your home and into a newly renovated commercial location. As soon as you received word from the owners that the storefront was ready to move in, you jump right into the move. After all, you planned for that day. You made sure you had everything organized and in order so that when you received the call, you could move in. Your goal was to be set up and ready to go quickly to minimize the disruptions in your flow of business. Unfortunately, while the construction crew did a great job on the renovation, they did not do as well on the cleanup. You ran straight into a mess!

Disappointed, you began hauling out the trash, cleaning the floors and then – you noticed the windows. What is all over them? Are they ruined? Will they always look that bad? The answer is no – the windows are not ruined. However, the construction process tends to leave a large mess on them. Crews take care not to break the glass, but they seem to feel that windows are perfect for holding tape and, with a sticky residue, collect a lot of dust and debris. Couple this with stucco, caulking, paint and other materials and you may feel it would serve you better as a wall than a window.

Whatever you do, do not try to clean the windows yourself. Without being trained in post-construction window cleaning, you could damage the windows if you try to clean them without professional guidance. The 100% professional staff at J & M Window Cleaning has been given the tools, knowledge and skills to make your window shine as it should — like new. Our respectful team will come to your location and, with the utmost care, will clean up the damage left behind by the construction crew.
